JASON BRITT was hauled out of his bed late one night and transported forcibly to Agape Boarding School in Stockton, Missouri. When he got to Agape, he was confronted with a place that was nothing like it advertised. Instead of schooling and counseling, the school offered peonage (forced labor), physical and sexual abuse. Gang raped while he was there, Jason turned to copious amounts of steroids to bulk up so he could never be abused again. At the age of 28, Jason died from multi-organ failure due to the abuse and steroid use. The lawsuit names Agape, the transport company, Cedar County Sheriff's department and individuals who were involved in his abuse. His petition is found here.
